How do I order?
Pick a product, choose your shade or color, tap Add to cart, then Checkout. Enter your name, phone number and address. That's it. We call you to confirm before we send it, so please keep your phone on.
Do I need an account?
No. You can order as a guest with just your name, phone and address.
Can I order on WhatsApp instead?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp (01874557769) with the product name and your address, and we will place the order for you.
Delivery and payment
How much is delivery?
৳70 inside Dhaka and ৳130 outside Dhaka. Orders of ৳999 or more get free delivery with the code FREEDELIVERY.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items: 1 to 2 working days inside Dhaka and 3 to 5 working days outside Dhaka. Pre-order items: about 15 to 25 days. See our Shipping Policy.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery anywhere in Bangladesh. You pay the delivery person when your parcel arrives.
Is there a discount for my first order?
Yes. Use the code WELCOME50 for ৳50 off your first order of ৳399 or more.
Pre-order
What does pre-order mean?
Pre-order items are not in our stock yet. We order them for you from our supplier as soon as you place your order, and they reach you in about 15 to 25 days. Every pre-order product says "(Pre-order)" in its name. You can see them all on the Pre-order page.
Can I order pre-order and in-stock items together?
Yes. We send the whole order together when the pre-order items arrive. If you need the in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
Returns
What if my item is damaged or wrong?
Please check your parcel in front of the delivery person. If an item is damaged, broken, the wrong shade or missing, tell us within 3 days of delivery with a clear photo. We pick it up for free and replace it, or refund you by bKash or Nagad within 7 days. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I return makeup I have opened?
For hygiene, we cannot take back makeup that has been opened or used, unless it arrived damaged or wrong.

Are the shade photos accurate?
We show every shade with its own photo. Colors can look a little different on different phone screens, so if you are unsure, message us and we will help you choose.
